![]() ![]() There is nothing written in the log when this happens. Is there a log.txt file next to FanControl.exe with recent date entries? It will sometimes exit properly, but the restart loop always happens - with icons vanishing and reappearing, cards vanishing and reappearing even if I click "Cancel" when it tries to fix the sensors or save the config. Then any one of them reaches my predefined threshold, the fan speed will go up, otherwise, the fan will run in low speed when idle. Currently I have mixed control to monitor both CPU, GPU and M.2. And turning cards on and off does not change the fan RPMs at all, it seems the program is frozen entirely with the UI still responsive. The benefit of using FanControl software is that you can use a MIXED setting instead of monitoring only one temperature in BIOS. It is still responsive and I can do other things like turning cards on and off, but I cannot exit cleanly. After this happens, when I click on "exit", whether in the icon context menu or from the hamburger menu, the program will not exit. The notification area temperatures also disappear and reappear several times before the program loads "successfully". 11:15:59 PM: 32Exception (0x80004005): The operation completed successfullyīeta Was this translation helpful? I don't have the HWInfo plugin installed, so I doubt it. ![]()
